Schools Out Camp Days

Our Club Isaiah teachers will pick your child(ren) up (from select schools), by foot or by van, and bring them to our campus. If your child attends a school we do not pick up from, we can help create carpools to facilitate your child's safe arrival.

Club Isaiah teachers are caring educators who are dedicated to assisting your children with their homework every day. Let us take some of the stress out of your day!

Taking full advantage of our beautiful campus and drawing inspiration from Jewish camps, Club Isaiah brings Jewish and Hebrew learning to life every day of the week, in an age-appropriate way for each child. No prior Jewish education is required!

When school is out, Club Isaiah is open for a full day of fun, friendship, and learning! Sign up for just one day or take advantage of our multi-day package.

FAQ

Empowering your family's journey with clarity and community. Find answers to common questions about our youth connection groups.

Where do we pick up from?

During the 2026-2027 school year, our Club Isaiah teachers will pick up from Overland Elementary and Le Lycée Français de Los Angeles (elementary ages).

Don’t see your school on the list? No problem! Reach out through our contact form and we can explore getting your school served with transportation.

How does pick up work?

A Club Isaiah educator will be waiting for your children at dismissal. From Overland and Le Lycée, a Club Isaiah staff person will walk your children to our campus on Pico Blvd. For other schools that we may serve, our Club Isaiah van will drive your children straight to our campus.

How does homework help work?

Homework help is built into our schedule, providing a quiet, supportive environment where kids can focus and get their work done. Our staff offers guidance and encouragement, ensuring students understand their assignments without feeling overwhelmed. This way, families can enjoy more quality time together at home, knowing homework has already been addressed for the day.

If they don’t have homework or need a break, they can use this time to unwind in a calm environment and join any other daily activity that may be scheduled.

What if my child doesn't have homework?
What is the staff-to-student ratio? Is the program inclusive?

We maintain low teacher-to-student ratios, with approximately 1 teacher for every 10 children. This allows for more individualized support with homework, Jewish learning, and social-emotional development.

Club Isaiah is open to all and is a great way to expose your child to a welcoming Jewish community.

What is experiential learning?

Experiential learning is less formal than your child’s regular school day, filled with activities rooted in Jewish values, ideas and concepts. We don’t just talk about Jewish life, we create it, sing it, dance it, act and practice it.

What will my child learn?

Your child will learn about Jewish values, Jewish cultures (not just Ashkenazi or American!), Jewish holidays, and Hebrew language through hands-on activities, creative projects, and interactive experiences. Through our learning together, students will build friendships and Jewish community, strengthen their social-emotional skills, and connect with Jewish life in a fun and supportive environment.

How are Schools Out Camp Days different than a regular day of Club Isaiah?

Camp Days are full-day (9 a.m.–5 p.m.) experiences filled with non-stop fun, including themed days, camp games, field trips, crafts, and STEAM activities. They are open to all, even for those who don’t attend Club Isaiah during the school year. Instead of school pick-up, families drop off and pick up their children at our campus.
